中文摘要 隨著我國家庭少子女化、人口高齡化的問題日益嚴重,經濟、醫療和教育體系之發展,使得學校教育體制有了新的改變,師資也必須力求創新的教學模式,以提高學生的學習意願與創造力。近年來我國教育師資年齡偏向中高齡,產生社會大眾對中高齡教師的迷思與誤解,認為中高齡教師缺乏創造力與行動力,是教育無法創新的一大阻礙。因此,本研究以雙因子理論為基礎,提供學校促進中高齡教師創意教學表現之策略,企望能夠藉此促進中高齡教師的創意教學表現,讓教師能夠樂於工作,發掘教學新方法、提升教學品質以及創造自我價值。

Use of Motivation-Hygiene Theory to Improve Elderly Teachers' Creative Teaching Performance

English Abstract The development of economic, medical, and educational systems in China has brought about new changes in the school education system. Teachers must now also strive for innovative teaching methods to increase students’ willingness to learn as well as their creativity. In recent years, teachers in the country have tended to be of elderly age. This has led to misunderstanding of elderly teachers in society, with some believing the lack of creativity and mobility in elderly teachers to be major impediments to innovation in education. This study uses two-factor theory to provide schools with strategies to enhance the creative teaching performance of elderly teachers and enables teachers to be willing to work, discover new teaching methods, improve teaching quality, and create self-worth.Keywords:motivation-hygiene theory, elderly teachers, creative teaching performance
