中文摘要 臺灣目前已邁向超高齡化社會，政府也於2017年推動長照2.0政策讓服務範圍擴大至社區，加上多數老人希望能在地老化，未來將可預見有更多健康及亞健康的老人，活躍於社區生活中。而透過日常生活觀察及問卷調查後，發現照顧者將坐於輪椅的失能長輩，位移至自用小客車過程，十分不便利，又容易導致肌肉骨骼損傷、跌倒等風險，故以「一般輪椅及油壓升降椅」的概念，使用移位板與滑輪軌道等裝置，研發具有水平移位、上下升降功能，可通用於所有車輛的「有你真好~變形金剛輕巧移位機」創新產品。惟因時間與經費限制，無法產出機械模型實際操作，未來若能與廠商合作而大量產出，運用於社區生活或長期照護機構中，必能提升照顧者與被照顧者轉移位的照顧品質。

You are So Good! Hydraulic Lifting Wheelchair

English Abstract Taiwan will soon become a super-aged society. Since 2017, the Taiwanese government has been engaged in the fulfillment of service contents for long-term care in every community through its LTC 2.0 policy. LTC 2.0 projects aim to achieve the goal of aging in place, as well as encourage the social participation of elderly persons in their health and sub-health stages. According to our observation and questionnaire survey, old people experience difficulty when moving from wheelchairs to vehicles. In addition, this process presents risks related to musculoskeletal disorders and falls. Therefore, we propose a concept for a hydraulic-lifting wheelchair which combines a sliding board and a pulley track, both of which can move horizontally and vertically. In our paper, due to the limitations of time and budget, we cannot make a mechanic model practically. Yet, if it can be produced in collaboration with a factory, it can benefit the elderly residing at home and in long-term care facilities and enhance the quality of care for both care-givers and elderly persons.Keywords：Elderly, shifting machine, horizontal movement, musculoskeletal disorders, MSDs
