中文摘要 本研究從個人生命歷程的角度出發，探討女性高齡者伴隨社會變遷穿衣風格的變化，以及個人穿衣風格之選擇與考量因素，進而從時機原則檢視穿衣風格改變或不變的因素。研究方法採取質性深度訪談法，以4位女性高齡者為研究對象。由於她們的個人特質不同，經歷社會變遷與個人的事件及其應運而生的社會角色不同，塑造出不同的穿衣風格。研究發現：伴隨著社會變遷，穿衣風格的變化受到政治經濟變遷的影響、教育機會均等對女性主體性的影響、社會文化的影響。個人穿衣風格的選擇考量亦考慮個人身材展現與形象塑造，人際網絡連結，是否可以跟上社會潮流，以及家庭經濟的變化與個人健康狀況等因素。歸納研究總結：(1)中年時期自我接納是個人穿衣風格轉變的關鍵時期；(2)個人穿衣經驗雖然隨生命歷程的社會角色而轉變，但對於女性高齡者而言，老年時期穿衣風格不變性在於自我展現。最後，根據本研究發現，針對銀髮時尚與消費相關產業提出建議。

A study on the changes in the styles of clothing selected by older women from a life course perspective

English Abstract Starting from a personal life course perspective, the purpose of this research was to explore the changes in the clothing style chosen by older women in relation to social changes, the selection factors affecting clothing styles, and the factors of changed or unchanged clothing styles based on the principle of timing. The study employed a qualitative in-depth interview method, with four older women taken as the research subjects. Because of their different personality traits, each woman naturally had different life experiences when in roles that resulted from social changes and personal events, which shape their choice of styles. This study found that along with social changes, changes in clothing styles were affected by political and economic changes, the impact of equal educational opportunities on women’s subjectivity, and the impact of social culture. The selection of clothing style involved factors such as personal body display and image shaping, interpersonal network connections and keeping up with trends, changes in the family economy, and health status. In summarizing the research: (1) self-acceptance in middle age is a critical period for the transformation of clothing style choice; (2) although personal dressing experience changes in tandem with the social role of the life course, the invariability of the choice of style for older women lies in self-presentation. Finally, based on the findings of the research, the researchers offer recommendations for the silver fashion and other consumer-related industries.Keywords：life course, older women, dressing styles, the principle of timing
