中文摘要 以高雄市某日間照顧機構為案例，探討智慧科技於日間照護的實際應用與成效為本論文的目的。隨著高齡化社會發展，日照機構扮演重要角色，然現行對其智慧科技導入之探討仍有限。依據內外部使用者需求規劃，智慧科技功能包含智慧定位、智慧量測、機構管理與家屬服務四大系統，運用IoT技術、行動裝置與Line平台，整合照護流程與資訊管理。結果顯示，智慧科技系統能有效提升照護品質與管理效率，例如長輩走失件數降為零、生命徵象紀錄錯誤率由3.4%降至0%，評估準時完成率達100%。此外，工作人員與家屬對系統的整體滿意度也均達高水準。本文整理日照機構導入智慧科技及IoT技術，提供同儕作為未來導入智慧科技規劃之參考。

Application of Smart Technology in Day Care Center: A Case Study of a Day Care Center in Kaohsiung City

English Abstract This project takes a day care center in Kaohsiung City as a case study to explore the practical application and effectiveness of smart technology in day care services. As society continues to age, day care institutions play an increasingly key role; however, research on the implementation of smart systems in such settings remains limited. The project team introduced four main systems-smart positioning, smart measurement, institutional management, and family services-integrating IoT technology, mobile devices, and the LINE platform to streamline care processes and information management. The results showed that the smart system significantly improved care quality and management efficiency. For example, the number of missing elder incidents dropped to zero, the error rate of vital sign records decreased from 3.4% to 0%, and the on-time completion rate of assessments reached 100%. In addition, both staff and family members reported elevated levels of satisfaction with the overall system. This paper summarizes the implementation of care systems and IoT technologies in day care institutions and provides a reference for peers in future smart technology adoption and system planning.Keywords：Day care, Long-Term care services, Intelligent systems
